Nature of the Summit

The Dubai Family Office Investment Summit is a private, invitation-only or approved-access event designed for family offices, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, founders, operators and strategic partners. Participation is subject to approval and may be refused or revoked by Epicon Capital Club LLC.

Registration and Admission

• Registrations and private-access applications are subject to review and approval.
• Submitting an application does not confirm admission, reserve a place or create a right to attend.
• Epicon may accept or reject an application without an obligation to provide reasons.
• Invitations, badges, digital passes and other credentials are non-transferable.
• Applicants and attendees must provide accurate, complete information and comply with event procedures.

Code of Conduct

Attendees must act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, unauthorised solicitation, disruptive conduct, credential misuse, or behaviour that compromises the private environment may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Summit discussions, introductions and investment conversations are private and off the record unless the relevant parties agree otherwise. Audio recording, video recording, or photography is not permitted without prior authorisation. A breach may result in removal, exclusion from future events and legal action where applicable.

No Investment Advice

Epicon Capital Club LLC does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice through this website or the Summit. Content, discussions and introductions are informational only. Participants remain responsible for independent due diligence and their own decisions. No outcome, opportunity, return, or transaction is guaranteed.

Payments, Fees and Refunds

Published participation prices exclude applicable 5% VAT. Selecting a participation route and submitting an application does not constitute payment, ticket purchase or confirmation of admission. A fee becomes payable only after approval and confirmation through an authorised payment channel. Unless Epicon expressly agrees otherwise in writing, paid fees are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If an event is rescheduled, eligible fees may be transferred to the replacement date. Travel, accommodation and other external costs remain the participant’s responsibility.

Event Changes and Cancellation

Epicon may modify the agenda, speakers, venue, format, or timing; postpone or reschedule the Summit; or cancel it where necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from cancellation or material rescheduling is limited to the amount paid directly for the affected Summit access.

Intellectual Property

Summit branding, website content, event materials, presentations, formats and related intellectual property belong to Epicon Capital Club LLC or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed, recorded, republished, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Media and Photography

Epicon may capture photographs and video at the Summit for legitimate event, editorial, archival and promotional use. Anyone requiring an accommodation or wishing to raise a concern should contact Epicon in writing before the event. Separate consent will be sought where required by applicable law.

Independent Organisation

The Dubai Family Office Investment Summit is independently organised by Epicon Capital Club LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any third-party family office summit organiser. Similarity in descriptive event terminology does not imply a commercial, organisational or legal relationship.

Third-Party Links and Services

Links to external websites, social platforms, registration services, or other third parties are provided for convenience. Epicon does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epicon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, investment, opportunity, reputation, or data. Epicon is not responsible for interactions, representations, negotiations, or agreements between participants. Participation and use of the website are at your own risk.

Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information through an authorised channel, you acknowledge the processing required to respond to your request and facilitate Summit services.

Force Majeure

Epicon is not liable for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, public-health events, travel disruption, venue unavailability, infrastructure failure, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
