When you submit the independent Summit application form, we collect the application information needed to assess your request for private access.
- Profile details such as your name, business email, mobile number, organisation, position, country of residence and LinkedIn profile.
- Your selected participation route and the corresponding published fee.
- Qualification details relevant to your selected applicant category, including investment mandate, capital range, company or fund stage, partnership objective, expertise, proposed topic or reason for attending.
- Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use plus your optional marketing consent choice.
- Limited technical and security information such as IP-derived request identifiers, browser type, device type, requested pages and timestamps.

How We Use Your Information
- To review your private-access application and assess its relevance to the Summit.
- To contact you about the application, Summit access, logistics and participation.
- To create or update an applicant record in Wix Contacts and apply the Summit applicant tag.
- To send the organising team a transactional notification when an application is received.
- To send Summit and Epicon Capital Club updates only when you provide optional marketing consent.
- To operate, protect and maintain the website and Summit services.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, participants and systems.

Legal Basis and Consent
We process application information to take steps at your request, manage Summit admission and pursue legitimate event-administration and security interests that do not override your rights. Marketing email is optional and relies on your express consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting your application.

How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal data. Application records are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database used by this Summit website. Applicant details are also sent to Wix Contacts for event administration and to Wix email services for the transactional notification. We may share information with other service providers that support hosting, security, communications or professional advice. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights and safety. Service providers are expected to use information only for the authorised purpose.

Cookies and Technical Data
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking. Essential technical data may be processed by hosting, content-delivery and security providers to deliver and protect the site.
